Order entry and customer service clerk (m/f/d)

You process reliable customer orders including correct order and invoice creation. As part of the order processing, you act as a competent contact person for customers, sales team and internal specialist departments and have all customer-specific agreements in mind. You also work professionally with our transport partners in the land and air freight transport. With care and organizational skills, you coordinate the dispatch of our finished and commercial goods and schedule call, duration and residue orders. You shall draw up all necessary shipping documents in compliance with the transport-specific requirements for the declaration of dangerous goods and the documentation compliant with the export. In addition, you will process customer complaints and create invoice corrections – your customer-oriented working method is always in place.

You have a commercial training, e.g. as a wholesaler and foreign trader or a forwarding merchant (m/w/d), and have already gained first experience in a comparable position or are a talented cross-comer. In dealing with MS Office and computer systems such as our SAGE 100 goods industry and Atlas you are versed. You convince with communication strength, fluent German and English skills and servicement. Both autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams, you are characterized by your process-oriented operation and keep an overview even in time-critical situations.
