In this newly created leadership position, you can compile deep expertise in accounting with a modern, flexible management style. They take over the response to a seven-member team, actively organise procedures and jointly provide for a reliable, transparent and forward-looking financial report refund. Leadership and development: They take over the technical and commercial management of a seven-member team. You will create a four-way working environment, promote strengths, accompany change processes and advance the professional development of your employees. Financial security: You are responsible for preparing monthly, half-year and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS – precisely, on time and with a view to the essential. Group consolidation: They coordinate the consolidation in the Group, agree on intra-group bookings and provide for trans­parent and reliable figures. Intercompany agreement: They control group-wide voting and ensure that processes and bookings are interlocked without friction. System competence: They work routinely with SAP FI and actively promote process improvements in financial accounting.

Job experience: Multiannual work experience as an accountant (m/w/d) or in a comparable position – ideally in the international environment. Leadership: Multiannual experience in the management of employees, as well as clear action to take over team management. Technical knowledge: findings in the creation of financial statements according to HGB and IFRS as well as in consolidated group consolidation. Skills: Security in handling SAP, especially with the R3 module. Communication strength: Good knowledge of English in word and writing and a clear, solution-oriented communication.
