Projektbepfleger Haustechnik m/w/d Place of use: Naumburg, Zeitz Reference number: 2026-0598 Working time: Full time

Monitoring of the order and the correct overall condition of the supervised properties and control of buildings and technical installations Planning, organisation and control of repair and maintenance work on domestic installations and the associated ensuring of the technical operational readiness of the object Communication with users or Rentals of the objects Implementation of small repairs and support of service technicians in maintenance and repair work Reporting of identified deficiencies and special events Staff planning and disposition as well as professional management of employees Support and coordination of foreign companies

Technical training - recognized in Germany - as e.g. electronics, electricians, energy plant electronics, electro-installer, plant mechanics or comparable Ideally with multiannual professional experience, but also professionals with training ambitions are welcome! Good technical expertise, independent, service-oriented and structured work Optimum would be good knowledge of MS Office / SAP and Planon Level B2 and driving licence Class B
