Coordination and supervision of all customs-related processes of the company, in particular compliance with customs and tax regulations Staff deployment planning of employees in the relevant area of import/custom processing Monitoring of tax supervision and customs checks Monitoring and application of origin and preferences Monitoring and optimization of granted authorisations (AEO F, etc....) Development of analyses and consulting of METRO companies and customers in all customs matters Control of all import and export documents Classification of goods in the Customs Tariff (Combined nomenclature, TARIC, Tariff number) and issue of tariff information Electronic import/export declarations via ATLAS & IAA+ and the associated verification and release of import duties and export accompanying documents Price calculation taking into account the customs value and other import duties Customs controlling and customs instructions internally and externally (service providers and forwardings) Administrative work according to general instructions and proviso by line

Completed commercial vocational training and many years of activity Professional experience in the field of import / customs, as far as possible in a comparable position leadership experience desirable good knowledge of MS Office applications Knowledge and experience in the application of SAP good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Care, loadability and reliability High level of responsibility Flexibility and team-oriented work good communication and organizational skills
