The Koblenz Directorate is looking for management tasks at the Koblenz site at the next possible time: Head of Department / Head of Department of War Responsibilities (General War Responsibility Act) (w/m/d) (Entgelunggruppe 12 TVöD Bund / Besoldungsgruppe A 12 BBesG, ID: KOVA2100, Stellen‐ID 1379926) The setting is terminated. The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with over 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colourful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. In the administrative department, we carry out a wide range of interests of the federal government and the BImA in different legal areas, fulfil obligations under international law by the Federal Republic of Germany and take care of the consequences of German reunification. We work with federal ministries, foreign forces, state and local authorities as well as companies and private individuals. We need you for that! Do with us BImA! The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks must not establish new civil servant relations. It is possible to take over persons who have been exposed to life (identical or next lower grade, but without career change) with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF). The main office of Koblenz deals with the legal examination of the federal debtor's liability as well as the responsibility of the federal government with regard to traffic security for air protection and defence installations in the property of third parties established by the Nazi regime during the Second World War. In addition, the department of war-following regulations is responsible for the inventory management of a plant portfolio consisting of air protection, production tunnel systems, etc., and in the special property of the Federal standing plant. In addition, the Department of War Responsibilities is responsible for the ownership interests of the Federal Republic of Germany in connection with former movable assets and is responsible for federal administration and recovery.

Qualification:

Employees: You have completed university studies (Diplom [FH]/Bachelor/ 1. State Exams) of the Department of Law Persons employed: You have the career capability for the senior (non-technical) administration service Competences: First leadership experience, e.g. under a representation system, is desirable You have very good knowledge in civil and civil process law and in general administrative law You have a well-founded knowledge of special administrative law (e.g. building planning and order law, police and order law) Ideally, you have practical experience and sound knowledge in the field of the General Wars Act You are willing to familiarise themselves with the necessary expertise in the short term and to work on complex issues.
