As an IT administrator (m/w/d), you fully support the networks and storage systems. In particular, the focus is on strategic control and further development. The following activities are part of your task: Administration, maintenance and optimization of Windows and Linux servers Support and development of network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, VPN, switches, routers, firewalls) Planning, management and monitoring of storage systems (e.g. SAN, NAS, backup and archiving solutions) Integration and support of OT systems (production networks, controls, interfaces to IT systems) User and Rights Management in AD, Microsoft 365 and other systems Ensuring IT security and implementation and monitoring of security policies, patch and vulnerability management Implementation of backups and emergency recovery Installation, configuration and updating of hardware and software Support for colleagues in 1st and 2nd level support Cooperation with IT projects and continuous development of the system landscape

Education: completed vocational training as a specialist in system integration or comparable discipline Experience: Multiannual professional experience in the administration of networks and storage systems Know-how: Funded knowledge in Windows servers and Microsoft 365 environments as well as knowledge in virtualization (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V) and IT security Languages: Very good German and English skills Personality: Analytical thinking, high self-initiative and enthusiasm for innovative solutions Working methods: Embossed team skills and communication skills
