Creation, examination and management of employment contracts, additional agreements and contract amendments Support in designing and updating contract templates Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements Design and organisation of onboarding processes Support in application processes Careful documentation and archiving of personal documents Participation in HR projects, e.g. to digitize contract and personnel processes General assistance and administrative tasks

Successfully completed commercial training or studies in the field of personnel/BWL or a comparable qualification You have ideally gained first experience in human resources or in contract management and brings desirable knowledge in labour, wage and social security law with Safe handling of HR systems and MS Office Reliability, a high sense of responsibility as well as a structured, careful, independent and confidential way of working Communication strength and team capacity Very good knowledge of German and the ability to express you clearly on at least C1 level
