Your Profile You are a fully qualified lawyer (1st and 2nd exam) with extensive experience in employment & labor law Strong expertise in German employment & labor law representing adjacent a good understanding of EU/EMEA frameworks Proven experience in labor court proceedings with background in multinational environments; HR advisory experience is essential Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills associated high integrity, independence, and ability to manage complex cross-border matters Last but not least, you have fluent German and English skills, experience in both law firm and in-house roles preferred
