Senior Business Solution Architect (m/f/d)

Head of highly complex change projects in PLM/BSA. Holistic design, optimization and implementation of method and workflow solutions in the Overwater Shipbuilding segment. Recording and evaluating existing workflows together with Process-Ownern and Fach‐ as well as project stakeholders for deriving the PLM architecture. Holistic design, optimization and implementation of method and workflow solutions in the Overwater Shipbuilding segment. Creation of requirements and concept documents for the Business Architecture. Identification and coordination of interface conflicts with Process-Owners and Methods-/Workflow Managers. Detection of tool, IT and skill requirements together with the Methods/Workflow Manager as well as support of IT-Changes, Benchmarks and Proof-of-Concepts.

Completed studies in business informatics, engineering, computer science or a comparable discipline. Multiannual experience in business process management, workflow design and IT architecture (ideally in the maritime or industrial environment) as well as in the design, architecture and implementation of PLM solutions. Practical knowledge of methods such as FMEA, BPMN, Process-Mining and common modeling tools. Funded understanding of system architectures, change management processes and IT-Service-Ownership as well as holistic end-to-end views of the IT system landscape. Experience in change management and project management (e.g. IPMA Level D) or detectable project management experience as well as pronounced communication and analytical skills. Negotiating German knowledge and good English in word and writing as well as the ability to work across teams and areas.
