As an analyst m/w/d, you are involved in carrying out purchase and sale-side M&A processes. You support the identification of business approaches and the acquisition of new consulting projects. You create information memorandums and other process documents, presentations as well as market and competition analyses. You carry out company assessments using standard market valuation methods. You accompany interns professionally.

Very good economic or comparable academic degree First relevant up to a maximum of two years of professional experience in the M&A consultancy (ideally internships or first permanent employment in an investment bank, M&A boutique or audit firm) Solid knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Tax and Legal Knowledge of market valuation methods (discounted cash flow procedures, stock exchange and transaction multipliers) and financial modeling Very good handling of Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as other databases Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed presentation skills and communication strength Team spirit, high commitment and initiative as well as flexibility Quick conception and safe and sovereign appearance
