Your tasks: In your function as a deputy management, you play a central role in the company and support the management both operationally and strategically: • Support for day-to-day business and business decisions • Personnel planning and control (use planning, further development of employees) • Controlling and economic evaluations • Optimization and further development of internal processes • Ensuring smooth operation • Participation in strategic decisions and business development • Contact person for employees, customers and external partners • Leadership, motivation and further development of the team • Quality management support and regulatory requirements

• Complete qualification, e.g.: • Bachelor degree (e.g. in healthcare or business) • Healthcare specialist • or a comparable qualification • Multiannual professional experience, ideally in the sanity house or health area • First leadership experience of advantage • Entrepreneurial thinking and structured working • Communication strength, team capacity and enforcement capability • Hands-on mentality and joy in working in a medium-sized company • Embossed business understanding • Structured, independent operation
