As a construction manager, you take responsibility for the management and organization of construction sites in the structures of the building automation. Among other things, they are the central contact for specialist construction managers, technicians, contractors and manage our after-contractors and third parties on our large-scale construction sites.

Management and organization of construction sites in the structures of the building automation incl. Coordination with all components Control and securing of the assembly passage Construction meetings with the client and after-contractors Management of assembly staff, subcontractors and other companies with regard to content, quality and timely tasks Processing of the entire construction site traffic Implementation, compliance and control of all statutory provisions relating to occupational safety, quality and environmental aspects

Your profile - you should bring:

Complete training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electronics for energy and building technology, electricians) or comparable training, with training as technician / master Professional leadership experience of after-contractors and their own assembly personnel in the field of electrical engineering / building automation desirable Good knowledge of German and English at level B2 or better Class B driving licence Germany-wide readiness to travel (Monday - Friday at the construction site) Cars with private use are provided A strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a high communication skills complete your profile as a building manager
