Supporting the organization in the systemic development of its end-to-end business processes and process architectures, as well as in its transfer to digital solutions Establishing a cross-departmental process management of inclusive uniform process standards (Controlling & Governance) Stringent expansion of the central target sizes transparency, quality and efficiency in an increasingly regulated, digitized and SAP-shaped EVU organization Methodological advice and support of specialist departments, process documentation and analysis, process design and harmonisation. Implementation of process reviews Creation of a process-oriented characteristic number logic Identification of dependencies, media breaks and redundancies with a view to the overall organisation Transfer of coordinated E2E processes into digital solutions (e.g. platforms)

A completed study in e.g. business engineering, business informatics or BWL Alternatively, due to experience, you have appropriate knowledge and skills You have multi-year and profound knowledge in business analysis, process work or organizational analysis, in established frameworks, such as DMAIC or (Lean) Six Sigma Experiences in SAP are beneficial Ideally experience with regulated or infrastructural organisations You have an analytic, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation You have perseverance and joy in building new structures
