As a pedagogical project workerin/education attendeein in vocational training and further education (w/m/d), you shape educational initiatives, inspire learners and help people advance professionally in the long term. Yours? Come to the team! With us you coach, advise and support young people looking for work, adults with a focus on vocational training and further education. The aim is clear: to create permanent professional integration and real prospects. You develop individual resources, strengthen competences and build barriers. You are responsible for support in application activities, perform application trainings and acquire internships. With the participants you also develop activation and integration plans and support them in implementation. You work with the participants, their work brokers, local companies and network partners, and you document presences, consultations and activation plans. The implementation of teaching & workshops in the group completes your task profile.

Successfully completed vocational training, experience with young people and young adults. Sensitivity, consulting skills, conflictability, motivation and creativity and fun at work Good knowledge of the regional labour market and social networks Very good knowledge in handling the PC and common Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) German language skills - further language skills of advantage
