Pedagogical specialist as stellv. Senior Consultant (m/w/d/k.A.)

(39 hours/week)

for Kita and family center Westblick. The place shall be occupied without delay.

Your tasks:

• Acquisition of management tasks in Kita and family center as part of the representation of both lines
• Support for organisational and educational management of the institution
• Competence for administrative tasks (personnel calculation, statistics, place assignment, billing workflow etc.)
• Cooperation with the conceptual development of the family centre in close cooperation with the institution and centre management
• Education, care and promotion of children aged 3 years to school entrance
• Observation and development documentation, creation and implementation of individual assistance and support plans
• Planning and implementation of parental talks and cooperation with families and cooperation partners
• Participation in the implementation of the Hessian educational and educational plan in everyday educational life
• Acquisition of nursing tasks as part of the daily care of children

Your profile:

• successfully completed training as a state-recognized educator:in or a comparable qualification
• Professional and appreciative handling of children and parents
• Reflection and team skills, flexibility, openness and loadability
• independent and responsible work
• Good MS-Office knowledge and the willingness to use digital media and a KiTa app in everyday pedagogy
• The motivation and ability to engage in conceptual finding work and to find a new team composition
