19 clients are cared for in the special housing the support team also supports further 6 clients in outpatiently assisted housing You run a team of 10 employees You are also responsible for the nearby conveyor group with 10 seats in Waldhäuser-Ost with 3 employees the team management comprises 30-50%; the care of clients is also part of the work order You support and accompany people with a mental disability in their as independent and self-determined lifestyle as possible You promote the self-determination and participation of human beings through a person-centred and social-space-oriented provision of assistance You take over reference services (cooperation with institutions, offices, doctors, legal supervisors, relatives and other interfaces) You plan different care, leisure and education opportunities for people with disabilities You set legal requirements You bring your ideas into the conceptual and practical development of our offers and implement them You actively shape our diaconic work
