Total responsibility for a regional logistics location Leadership and further development of subordinate executives and employees Regular implementation of key figures dialogues as well as interdisciplinary key figures dialogues with a Warehouse Area Manager Logistics deriving appropriate measures to optimize the key figures, such as productivity and personnel costs Ensuring optimal processes in the areas of warehouse, transport and reverse with systemic control by a logistics support team Implementation of LEAN philosophy throughout the site, in cooperation with interfaces, taking into account the implementation of standards Valuable cooperation with interfaces such as sales, national departments and external service providers Participation in national, strategic projects to optimize processes in terms of cost, service level and sustainability

Successfully completed studies (preferably in SCM/Logistics) Relevant professional experience in the LEH and/or in a comparable trade industry (at least 5 years) Multiannual leadership experience (at least 3 years) with leadership span >100 incl. employee development and motivation Experience with decentralized structures Knowledge of warehouse management and transport systems Advanced knowledge in MS Office and openness for handling digital tools Experience in LEAN management of advantage Entrepreneurial thinking and enforcement Detectional successes in the optimization of logistics processes Good analytical skills and good numerical understanding Experience in cooperation with works councils Language: German: C1 | English: B2 driving licence class B
