Construction or Project Manager Security Technology – Frankfurt (m/f/d)

Responsible building or project management in the field of electronic security systems – from preparation to acceptance. Coordination of employees, subcontractors and materials as well as ensuring a smooth project sequence. Monitoring of dates, quality, costs and technical requirements. Coordination with customers, planners and other project participants as well as participation in construction meetings. Creation of project documentation, scales and support in billing. Organisation and monitoring of commissioning, functional testing and acceptance.

Master or technician training or relevant professional experience in electrical engineering Experience in construction or project management, ideally in safety technology. Structured, independent working and organisational skills. Safe occurrence in dealing with customers and entrepreneurs. Good MS-Office knowledge, driving license class B as well as very good German knowledge. Knowledge of VOB/BGB, VDE and VdS are advantageous.
