Independent technical and disciplinary management of the Central Procurement Department of the North Branch Strategic development of the subject area and internal regulations Ensuring legal tender procedures Procurement advice and support for the fields of selection, documentation, time frames and the execution of appropriate procurement procedures in the procurement of construction and engineering services and other supply and services Regular comprehensive information on current developments in procurement law and the organisation and implementation of regular training measures

Successfully completed university studies (Diplom/Master), preferably the field of civil engineering or economic or legal sciences or comparable qualifications and experiences Multiannual professional experience in procurement, preferably in the infrastructure sector Insufficient knowledge of European, national and country-specific procurement rules and contract law as well as practical application and implementation That would be desirable: Experiences with digital award tools and modern methods of process management Knowledge of the moderation of cross-departmental teams Project experience in the municipal environment This distinguishes you as a manager: You think in complex contexts and have a pronounced willingness to design, combined with value-adding behavior and self-reflection With emotional intelligence and motivating speech, you understand how to inspire, develop and delegate tasks to your employees.
