You will work together with the specialists to develop tailor-made candidates and search profiles to find the best talents. You use common job platforms such as LinkedIn for tailor-made speeches and keep your eyes and ears open to further innovative recruitment channels. You can create a candidate: to inspire our companies and exciting roles systematically, already from the first address. You work structured and keep an overview of all ongoing processes and KPIs in your candidate management system. You organize exclusive recruiting events and develop innovative employer branding approaches to increase our visibility and win the best talents for us.

You have a successfully completed study or a very well completed training. You have already gained first experience in recruiting, active sourcing / direct search and employer branding (e.g. from student work or internships). You are detailed and understand how to collect and analyze information about different channels. You are targeted and enjoy constantly improving your search approaches. You are a team player and can communicate effectively and empathically with candidate:inside. You bring knowledge of German and English (min. C1 level).
