Complete studies in utility technology, civil engineering, building energy technology or comparable Multiannual professional experience in technical building equipment focusing on mechanical structures Experience in project management and leadership of project teams Knowledge in SAP (acquisition and approval), CAD (ideally AutoCAD) and MS Office Comprehensive knowledge of contract law (HOAI and VOB) High technical understanding, organisational skills and team orientation, commitment and flexibility
