• Conception, planning and implementation of innovative training formats for our DACHSER Platform

• Analysis of existing competencies and matching with required qualifications

• Ensure accompanying documentation and their multimedia provision

• Interaction with participants, product vendors and our branches

• Complete subject-related university studies or comparable training in the field of learning/training administration/ IT with multi-year professional experience

• Excellent communication skills in German as well as English to clearly convey training content and interact with different target groups

• Self-employment, good understanding and reliability

• Travel readiness and flexibility

• Experience in presence, online trainings and forms of eLearnings
