At the next time, we are looking for a part-time job for our headquarters in Lübeck

These are your tasks: Interface for the implementation and coordination of the timely and exact payment accounting in cooperation with our external service provider

Support in the control of pay bills for correctness and plausibility, as well as the review of billing-relevant employee data for completeness

Definition, documentation and continuous optimization of payroll processes (including the interface to our external service provider)

Central interface for financial accounting and controlling

Support for internal and external audits

Possibility to work with planned projects in the finance sector to improve processes and systems

That's what you bring: Successfully completed commercial training and/or business studies with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification

Relevant professional experience in HR – ideally in a similar function

Good knowledge and multiannual know-how in wage accounting are desirable

Own-responsible, result- and solution-oriented mode of operation with pronounced hands-on and team player mentality

As an authentic personality, you have analytical, independent and structured thinking combined with pronounced communication skills

Good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile
