Administration, support, maintenance and further development of Enaio DMS and Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central Ensuring stable application operation including support, error analysis, user administration and release support Development of extensions, interfaces and automations with Python, PowerShell and VBScript Support of Microsoft SQL server databases and creation and optimization of SQL queries Recording, analysis and digitization of business processes and workflows Conception, development and development of internal AI applications based on Microsoft Azure and OpenAI models Technical and organizational management of software, digitization and AI projects Agile project control after Scrum with Jira and use of Git and CI/CD pipelines Priority and coordination of support, development and project tasks Control of external IT, development and support service providers Advice and training of users Supporting other systems and technologies, especially Nextcloud, Linux, Docker, Windows Server and Hyper-V Creation of technical documentation and user documents

Experience in the support and development of DMS and ERP systems Good knowledge of Enaio and Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central Very good knowledge of Python and knowledge of PowerShell, VBScript and SQL Experience with Microsoft Azure, OpenAI or Azure OpenAI models and LLM applications Experience with Jira, Git, CI/CD and agile methods Knowledge in process analysis, workflow digitization and interface development Experience in project management and control of external service providers Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed communication and prioritization competence
