Lawyer (f/m/d) as Team Leader Technical Road Administration

in our branch North Bavaria in Nuremberg. Our teams in the “Technical Road Administration” are mainly commenting on construction applications from external applicants (w/m/d) for construction projects which are to be implemented along the motorways in the catchment area of the North Bavarian branch (e.g. building facilities, PV systems, mobile telephony masts for the 5G network expansion, glass fiber construction, lines and wind power plants). The opinions shall be submitted to the Federal Highway Agency as a superordinate supervisory authority. In addition, the road management will also be involved in further approval procedures (e.g. construction plan, land use plan, spatial planning and planning methods). In addition, our teams conclude agreements in this context and make decisions.
