What tasks do you have? • In addition, you will have the right to receive information directly in the BLZ and take important events in the networks of the Oberpfalzbahn and the waldbahn and forward it to the relevant external and internal bodies. • You will inform the customer center and our hotline provider as well as the above points in the event of impairments and replacements. • For the customer center and the other relevant communication areas, you will also have the first contact persons with extra scheduled events in the networks.

What are you doing? • at least a completed training in the field of press, communication, service or transport or a comparable qualification and first experience in these areas • Experience in dealing with social media with a focus on community management • Secure handling of MS Office • Basic knowledge of the system railway advantage • readiness to incorporate into relevant IT applications • very good knowledge of German in word and writing • good knowledge of English • ready for shift and weekend work • high service and service orientation • strong sense of responsibility • strong communication and social competence
