Machine and plant guides with the focus on metal and plastic technology work on machines and systems for the production of components, assemblies and products of metal and plastic. Before they start production, they took the application documents and provide the necessary materials (e.g. metal materials, plastic granules). They then set up plants such as turning, drilling, grinding, sawing or forming machines, feed them, operate them and operate them. The assembly of assemblies is also one of their tasks. They monitor the production processes, including the quality and packaging of the finished products, and apply corrective action in case of deviations in quality or in case of malfunctions in the process sequence. They also regularly wait for the machines to ensure their operational readiness. They fill, for example, oils or cooling and lubricants and exchange wear parts such as seals, filters or hoses.
