We are looking for reinforcement for our team and look forward to assisting us with 20 hours a week as a quality manager (m/w/d) and 19 hours a week as a nurse (m/w/d). Your tasks:

As a quality manager*r:

• Accompanying the introduction and maintenance of all quality documents and the continuous expert documentation of the measures
• Consultation and guidance of our employees in dealing with procedures, diest and work instructions
• Pre- and post-processing and monitoring of external and internal quality tests
• Planning, monitoring and further development of the quality management instruments of our senior home

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

• Implementation of an individual and activating care of residents
• Support in everyday management
• Implementation of care documentation and planning
• Responsibility of drug delivery
• close contacts with residents, relatives and doctors
• Compliance with quality assurance measures
• Participation in the technical guidance and promotion of our care workers

Your profile:

• Complete training for nursing staff or a comparable qualification (e.g. nursing staff, nursing staff, health care and nursing staff)
• Good knowledge of the implementation of expert standards
• Empathy, sense of responsibility and reliability
• Teamability and good communication skills
