Structured and revised control of external and internal contact by telephone Self-employed and well thought out appointment coordination, agreement and monitoring Full and independent organization of office management Overarching support for the various areas in projects and recurring tasks Self-release of correspondence Creating protocols, analyses and presentations

Successfully completed commercial studies or a comparable sound commercial training Experience in direct cooperation with senior staff High readiness and high degree of flexibility as well as independent and reliable operation Stylish expression and good handling Safe handling of current MS Office programs Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
