We are looking for a:n Customer-oriented support of construction projects in the warranty phase Maintenance services Examination of the contract and performance plan Assessment and qualification of the detected defects Management of warranty cases taking into account economic aspects Systematic and project-related documentation of all warranty cases Correspondence with customers, clients and subcontractors Know-How Transfer for Error Avoidance

Successfully completed studies (FH/TH) in the field of civil engineering, training as a construction technician or comparable training Multi-year professional experience Practical experience in turnkey construction Good knowledge of building and contract law (BGB/VOB) Good computer skills (MS Office) Good communication skills to clients and subcontractors Duration and negotiation skills Teamability, commitment and social competence Self-employed working and self-initiative
