The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

The tasks:

• Development of training and training programmes on AI topics for employees of various departments
• Skilling our IT staff through training, workshops and coaching
• Identification of current AI trends and technologies and evaluation of their potential for our organisation to derive and create resulting skills
• Working together and empowering business consulting units to identify AI solutions in the business processes
• Communication of AI skills concepts and solutions to different stakeholders
• Understanding Creating AI Use Cases

The profile:

• Experience in the development and implementation of AI solutions (at least 5 years)
• Deep understanding of AI technologies such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing
• Experience in the skills of employees and the development of training programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Language skills in German and English (at least C1 level)
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts easily and understandably
• Experience in cooperation with different stakeholders
• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related degree
