AI strategy, governance and organisation: You support the further development of AI strategy and AI roadmap, shape governance structures and the AI operating model, identify AI potentials and use cases, and are available as professional contact for AI topics Data and technology cover: You bring knowledge in data management, data governance, data quality and data security, act at the interface to the data controllers and have foundations for databases, APIs, workflow and process optimization as well as machine learning, LLMs and generic AI AI tools, enablement and implementation: You support the introduction and use of AI tools, evaluate suitable business applications per use case and help develop new and existing AI solutions with Exchange, training and external interfaces: You promote the acceptance and use of AI applications, organize and moderate exchange and network formats, conduct workshops, identify training needs and act as an interface to external know-how carriers and AI service providers Trends, regulation and industry reference: You pursue current AI trends and technologies and provide basic knowledge of AI regulation, compliance, data protection and the processes and frameworks of the energy industry.

Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data & Analytics or a comparable qualification You have well-founded knowledge in the AI and data environment with clear business reference and have a secure understanding of AI technologies, data and system relationships You are able to prepare and understand technical content in a structured manner and bring experience in the moderation, the implementation of workshops and knowledge transfer with You are characterized by an independent, structured and analytical way of working, as well as by the strength of communication and a safe occurrence in relation to different stakeholders. You have a high interest in technological developments in the AI environment You have very good German knowledge (at least C1 level)
