Tasks As a nursing process coordinator (w/m/d) in a facility oriented to PeBeM, you take responsibility – and do good. Tasks: You identify and plan the care needs in the context of the recording process In case of personnel failures, you apply a structured and qualification-based reorganization to maximize both the efficiency of the workflows and ensure the quality in the facility. You adapt the organization and control of the care process in the housing unit
