From 2025 onwards we offer a new, innovative concept for a longer supply of residents in haemorrhage, which is why we are looking for a nursing specialist Ambulant Service (m/w/d)

♪ Your future responsibilities

• Individual, need-oriented implementation of basic and treatment care according to applicable quality standards
• Drug management, wound management
• We are a pillar of multi-professional care in the team of relatives, doctors, therapists, to advise, care and help our residents in their social environment.
• Depending on the experience and qualification, further tasks are possible, such as advice, assistance of assessments
• Wide range of continuing and continuing training

Your profile for the nursing team Ambulant Service (m/w/d)

• training for nursing staff, examinated nurses or nurses; Medicinal health care or equivalent
• empathy and social competence
• Team and communication skills
• Responsibility, commitment and reliability
• Class B driving licence
