3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines independently equip, retract and operate. Complete individual parts and small series according to drawing, work plan and program released. Select tools, clamping means and cutting values for component and material. perform initial, intermediate and final tests with conventional measuring means themselves. Deviations, tool wear and faults detect and fix early. Document programme changes and report back to CAM managers.

Complete training as a machining mechanic, tool mechanic, industrial mechanic or comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in independent CNC milling, ideally on 5-axis machines. Practice in individual parts and small series production, as well as in retrieving and retracting. Good knowledge of Heidenhain controls, ideally iTNC 530 or TNC 640. Secure reading of technical drawings and handling of test and measuring instruments. Ready for two-shift operation.
