All-round: Own-responsible management of an object stock with residential and commercial units Rental in view: coordination of the new rental process, visits and rental contract management Non-smoker changes: Housing removals, transfers and bailouts are part of your daily business Regular object controls: You make sure our objects remain in perfect condition Coordination of maintenance: commissioning and monitoring of small repairs Communication at eye level: You are a contact person for owners, tenants, craftsmen and service providers Payments & invoices: Auditing and processing for smooth operation

Experience in real estate: You have successfully completed a training as a real estate businessman or a degree in real estate management Management expert: You already have experience in real estate management or a comparable position and know how the rabbit is running Mobility: With a class B driving licence you are flexible and use our pool vehicles to provide optimal care for the real estate Team player with vision: You like to work in the team, think with and keep the focus and overview in more complex tasks Self-employed all-rounder: You pack, work independently and are able to act in a solution-oriented manner without losing an overview Toolprofi: In the best case, you have already gained experience with real estate software (iX-House) and document management systems (such as DocuWare) Legal know-how: Ideally, you have basic knowledge in rental and real estate law – if not, we support you in further development
