You create the annual plant budgets, provide regular feedback on the current performance of the budget and derive measures. You coordinate the annual recalculation of plant standard costs and the variation reporting incl. the creation of recommendations for action. You provide accurate and timely financial data, including margin analysis, margin improvement projects, stock management and expenditure control. You evaluate and evaluate capital expenditure and CPA/CPJ foundations. You work with work functions to analyze and support investments and new business initiatives. You provide overviews of all plant-related GAAP, SOX and Internal Policy requirements. You take over project planning, preparation and monitoring in your area.

You have a degree in BWL, economics MBA or a comparable degree. You have well-founded professional experience with a focus on costs and budgeting and can demonstrate important financial competencies and qualifications. You have experience in standard cost accounting, budget management and capital analysis and control. You control German and English fluently. You have well-founded knowledge of common office applications and ERP systems (species-worthy SAP FI/CO, MM, PP, SAP-Analysis for Office). You communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, both in formal and informal environments. You work independently, independently and targeted and can implement business cases by analyzing and using best practices. The annual salary for this position is up to € 95,000 p.a. (on a full-time basis) depending on qualifications and professional experience. .
