Your entry Our 12-month individually coordinated trainee program will guide you through the various financial areas in the German organization. In addition to our financial and controlling department at the head office in Heidelberg, you will get to know our controlling in the operating units as well as our Heidelberg Materials Shared Service DE GmbH in Leimen. They are required from the outset, work independently on project-related tasks and are actively involved in day-to-day business. You work with modern IT tools (e.g. SAP BW/4HANA, Tableau, Anaplan) and are accompanied by your personal mentor. Continuous, individual training opportunities complete your entry.

To successfully master your future tasks, you should bring:

An above-average degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics and Economic Engineering

Applicable internships in finance / controlling, accounting or auditing
