The person concerned has the goal of addicted people in their own living space, oriented on personal needs to support an independent life. Social participation plays an equally important role, as support for medical or administrative matters. Frankfurt citizens who suffer from Korsakow syndrome and/or other serious search-related consequential diseases and who can live outside a clinic with the help of the representative living and other outpatient support. The support is based on the resources of the individual and pursues the goal of preserving or improving existing everyday practical skills as well as the temporal, local and situational orientation in the specific environment of life.

Your tasks: • Individual care/case management • Supporting clients in social participation • Cooperation with, among others, nursing services and legal advisors • Implementation of day-structuring group offers.

Your profile: • Complete study of social work or social education (Dipl./B.A./M.A.) • good communication skills • safe occurrence • Class B driving licence is advantageous • Loadability, teamability and flexibility
