Your tasks:

• Responsibility for a shift with up to 10 employees Punching and boiler production
• Ensuring a smooth production process Compliance with quality, deadline and cost targets
• regular quality controls of the manufactured components and Monitoring the appointment
• Coordination of personnel and holiday planning within your Layer
• Introduction, instruction and daily support Employees

Your profile – ideally bring you with:

• Complete training in a metalworking profession (e.g. Metallbauer (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d),

• Multiannual professional experience in metal processing, preferably with knowledge in forming technology and welding (a Welding pass is advantageous)

• First experience in leadership of teams is desirable

• Secure handling of office applications (Google Workspace), SAP Basic Knowledge of Benefit

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

• Ready to work in the 2-shift system
