For our forming and vertical casting production area at the Kaiserau site, we are looking for a full-time full-time

Production staff* in post-production (Arc-Air)

Your tasks:

• Removal of casting systems and feeders on castings by means of combustion technology (Arc-Air method, joint planers)
• Preparation, positioning and processing of cast parts by working instructions and drawings
• Implementation of preheating and combustion processes in compliance with the specified temperature and quality requirements
• Profiling and reworking of cast parts according to technical drawings
• Quality control of machined castings and detection and reporting of casting defects
• Transport of materials and workpieces by means of forklifts within the production areas
• Support for upstream and downstream work areas
• Implementation of maintenance, maintenance and cleaning work on work equipment and jobs

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training in the metal industry or in crafts
• At least two years of professional experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment
• Experience in handling technical drawings and work instructions
• Valid crane license as well as industrial truck certificate
