As Senior Commercial Project Manager, you are responsible for all processes of commercial project execution. Here you are in close coordination with the technical project management and are the key partnerin and representativein commercial and contractual project topics within INIT and with external business partners: Monitoring and analysis of economic project performance through regular costing procedures (order intake skalkulation, co-calculation, project completion calculation) Continuous reporting of business project key figures to the management (e.g. order intake, sales, costs, profit, cash flow, provisions and stocks) as well as their outlook for the forecast process as part of an all-time cost and project controlling Conducting Risk-Chancen Analysis and Dissipation of Options of Action in coordination with the Technical Project Management Ensuring communication flow and active expectation management towards project customer as well as regular project feedback with all relevant stakeholders Responsibility for Contract and Contract Management (Claim Management) in close coordination with the Legal Department Support of project guarantees and bonds based on contractual principles Ensuring compliance with tax concepts and correct, timely invoices to customers

Completed studies (specialisation BWL) or commercial training or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the international project business (commercial project management), relevant PM certification of advantage (e.g. IPMA) Very good knowledge in controlling & finance (e.g. through relevant financial experience) and risk management, contract and claim management Knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS, ideally in the context of corporate structures, are advantageous Entrepreneurial thinking with pronounced analytical ability as well as safe occurrence and empathic communication strength Safe handling of common MS Office applications (especially Excel) and using ERP systems Embossed system affinity and interest in the further development of processes and applications Very good knowledge of German and English (in word and writing)
