You enter up to ten young people aged 14–20 in the stationary educational setting with You accompany the young people in a curative and everyday way, for example in structuring the daily routine and in challenging situations You carry out educational tasks in everyday life and actively live up to rules, structures and social relationships You plan, organize and conduct specific group offers and excursions (e.g. leisure activities, educational offers) You support young people in life-structural tasks such as cooking, laundry care and household organization as well as in doctors and government visits You work in the team on individual support planning of the young people You will participate in the design of a diverse group everyday and benefit from the cooperation in our multi-professional team of curative teachers:inside, educators:inside, educators:inside, and further professional groups
