Federal Volunteer Service Provider in the Department of Clinic Management in the Clinic for Child and Youth Psychiatry

The job is in full-time employment as of 1 August 2025, fixed for 12 months.

The medical field of the clinic and the Polyclinic for children and youth psychiatry and psychotherapy is concerned with the diagnosis, therapy and prevention of mental and psychosomatic diseases in children, young people and adults. The patients are at the centre of the project and are treated specifically by a qualified, cross-disciplinary team. The clinic has, according to its clinical focus, a closed acute receiving station, an open psychotherapy station, a special station for eating disorders, a special station for tic and forced disorders, a daily clinic for Young people, a family day clinic for children up to 11 years old and a family day clinic for children and young people with a total of 40 stationary and 20 day clinics as well as an institute collective.

Their place of use is the directorate of the clinic and the Polyclinic for child and youth psychiatry and psychotherapy. Here you will get extensive insights into the management of a clinic and actively participate in the organizational tasks of the clinic management. You work closely with the employees of the directorate as well as other overarching bodies of the clinic and thus get to know all relevant areas of our clinic, in particular the public and project work.

Support for project work:

Guided implementation of individual project work steps Working for graphical implementations or processing of data Operational work in the department of the clinic and support of the clinic directorate as required, e.g. post preparation and scanning work

Help in organising, performing and refurbishing internal and external events, e.g. maintenance of a comprehensive event calendar Working with press inquiries or general press work, e.g.
