What we offer you: As an AI Solutions Consultant at the Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting Digital Accelerator, you shape the future of AI in the Group. In addition, you’ll run the training and coaching program to expand your soft skills and prepare you for later challenges. You also have the possibility to use between three and five training days a year to further train yourself. In addition, the variety of projects offers you the opportunity to build a broad knowledge of Mercedes-Benz AG and its working methods, in order to establish and expand contacts in the Group from the outset. As AI Solutions Consultant, these challenges come to you: You support Mercedes-Benz to successfully integrate AI into business processes and create sustainable added value

You advise top management on strategic and operational issues such as AI, digitalization and transformation – from strategy development to implementation

You identify and evaluate potentials for the use of AI solutions, derive concrete recommendations for action and accompany their implementation

You take responsibility for the development and implementation of innovative AI and business analytics solutions for cross-disciplinary, comprehensive business processes with a variety of interfaces and stakeholders

You control complex data analyses from conception, modeling and data engineering to visualization of results

You work on (partial) projects with high management relevance and bear responsibility for the timely, budget-compliant and high-quality delivery of project results

You are responsible for tracking and controlling the respective project risks and thus ensure sustainable project success

Ideally, you bring the following: Successfully completed (master) degree of economics, computer science, technology, natural sciences or comparable disciplines with mathematical, statistical or economic components

at least 2 years in a dynamic-analytical working environment (e.g. business consulting, automotive industry, software or start-up industry); Consulting experience is a must

Proven expertise in the implementation and application of AI in the company context and well-founded knowledge in AI and machine learning

Technical discovery: programming knowledge in relevant languages (Python, Java, JavaScript), practical application experience of AI and Data Science

German and English skills

Remarkable: Experience with work on cloud platforms and the working microservices (e.g. Databricks, ADF, etc.), presents MS Azure

At least 2 years of experience in presentation and communication at top management level

Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel worldwide

Personal competencies: Ability to build a bridge between business problems and technically feasible solutions and advance their implementation

Ability to work quickly and solution-oriented into new topics

Design, creative problem-solving skills and motivation to actively change
