P&C Vocational Training Partner (m/f/d)

Support for annual training needs planning. Support in the selection of suitable external educational partners, creation of digital learning content in the Learning Management System, monitoring the progress of learning, implementation of instructions and instruction. Support of training marketing, implementation of application management from job advertisement to onboarding. Planning and coordination of the assignments of trainees and dual students. Verification of compliance with agreed quality standards and cooperation with training projects for continuous improvement of the training cycle. Coordination with co-operation schools, colleges, universities and chambers of commerce in all educational and administrative questions of education and dual studies.

Successfully completed technical studies. Multiannual professional experience, including outside a training organisation. Training certificate (AEVO) and additional educational qualification. Target group-oriented candidate language as well as professional application of suitable interview and selection techniques. Sovereign broadcasting, empathy, social competence and very good discussion. Very good knowledge of German and well-founded knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as routined handling of applicant management and training tools. Joy in dealing with young people and willingness to occasional regional and supraregional missions.
