Your profile:

• A successful craftsmanship or technical training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics or comparable would be desirable
• Professional or leadership experience as a shift or team leader
• Responsibility, critique and commitment and good ability to orchestrate
• You are ready to work in 3 layers
• High sense of responsibility and flexibility

Your tasks:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership in the production sector in close cooperation with the department management
• Control of bottlenecks and securing the delivery and delivery reliability

• Set up, retrofitting and operation of assembly systems
