CNC Machine Operator (m/f/d)

This is your area of activity:

• machines (e.g. conventional or CNC-controlled cutting machine) according to plan Set measuring devices
• Perform tool change
• Provide parts and materials, prepare tools.
• Cutting values/programmes and tools according to tables, drawing or Set the setting
• Finish the sample part, if necessary remove it and correct adjustment data as well as cut values
• Insert workpiece into machine, clamp and align
• Monitor machine sequence, possibly interrupt
• correct setting data or clamping. Check parts for dimensional accuracy, quality and completeness
• troubleshooting machines (e.g. tool breakage, coolant disorders) letting
• Determine fault causes
• Readjust tools. Process optimization measures stimulus
• Submit fault descriptions
• perform maintenance/cleaning work according to plans
• Monitor repair and maintenance intervals
• Execute minor repair and maintenance work within the prescribed framework (e.g. replacement of switches, probes). Entering work progress and test results systemically (ITSystem, other documentation)
