About the company

For our client, an internationally successful research institute in the field of clinical research, we are looking for a Senior IT Administrator Infrastructure & Azure (m/w/d) in an indefinite permanent position at the next time

Operation and development of the hybrid IT infrastructure (On-Prem & Azure) Administration of Windows Server, Network and Security environments Analysis and sustainable elimination of system and network disturbances Ensuring backup, recovery and disaster recovery processes Support for around 430 users in Germany and the USA Participation in the integration of the US branch into the existing IT landscape Support for international infrastructure and location projects Further development of monitoring, IT processes and operations Creation and maintenance of technical documentation Designing the future IT system landscape and new technologies

Complete training in IT or comparable qualification Including professional experience as IT administrator, system engineer or infrastructure engineer Very good knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory Experience with hybrid IT infrastructures and Microsoft Azure Good knowledge of network administration and IT security Experience with virtualization technologies (ideally Hyper-V) Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions Structured and independent operation Very good German and good English skills Willingness to participate in readiness
