Already in your training in your home branch, you are fully involved in our daily business. And if it's going well with you, you - like most of our trainees - continue after your takeover: you advise our customers, for example, on loans or financial precautions. You are a contact personin for questions about their finances. You develop solutions together with them and offer them products that suit their needs. As an important part of the TARGOBANK, you contribute directly to customer satisfaction - and thus to the success of our bank. And many doors are open to you in the long term: for example as a branch managerin.

After your real school degree or (special) abitur we make you fit for the professional life. We will teach you everything important about customer orientation, account management, loans and securities. And we know that you just learn the most in practice. Therefore, you are part of the team from the first day. And you can try the learned directly, either in customer calls in the branch or on the phone. So, as you will be active in customer contact at the beginning of your training, we recommend a very good level of German (C2 or native language level). Regular feedback talks and the support of our trainers help you get better and better. To deepen your knowledge from practice, you participate in digital training and exciting seminars in our own training academy.

full-time or part-time training possible: full-time: 2.5 years, 39 hours/week; Parttime: 3 - 3.5 years, at least 25 hours/week (individual arrangement possible). If you want to do your training part-time, please apply. Education grant: You will receive an educational grant for e.g. a tablet to use our digital learning offer. Compensation: 1st year: € 1,400; 2nd year: €1,470; 3rd year: € 1,550. Your salary in parttime will be adjusted accordingly. Holiday: 30 days a year (in part-time). Vocational school: usually at the place of your training branch.
